Combination Enchiladas (1 Beef, 1 Chicken & 1 Cheese)

One chicken enchilada with green sauce, one beef enchilada with red sauce, and one cheese enchilada with red sauce. All are topped with sour cream and pico de gallo and served with rice and beans on the side.
